Clinic Introduction
Founded in 1972, The Pankey Institute is a nonprofit organization that promotes optimal oral health care through advanced continuing education for dentists. The institute is designated as a nationally approved sponsor by the Academy of General Dentistry. In addition to presentation halls with advanced audio-visual technology, the institute features a clinic and laboratories. The Pankey Institute also operates the L. D. Pankey Dental Foundation, which accepts donations to provide funds to endow faculty positions and to increase dental access to care community programs. In addition, it has a store that features articulating marking materials and systems and burs, wheels and polishers. The Pankey Institute is located in Key Biscayne, Fla.
