Clinic Introduction
Dr. Sachno was born and raised in Staunton, Virginia. She attended Robert E. Lee High School, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1994. She then went on to earn a B.A. in Biology from the University of Virginia. Dr. Sachno is a 2002 graduate of the VCU School of Dentistry. She served on active duty in the US Navy for four years as a general dentist. In 2006, she returned to Richmond and worked as an associate general dentist for one year before accepting a full-time faculty position in the Department of General Practice at the VCU School of Dentistry. In 2009, she began a three-year orthodontic residency at the Medical University of South Carolina, where she graduated in 2012 with both a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science in Dentistry.
