Clinic Introduction
The University of New Haven Dental Center utilizes current state-of-the-art technology in dental hygiene treatment and infection control.
Our facility features a 19-patient preventive dental clinic, three private radiology suites, a dental materials laboratory, and a specialized instrument transfer and central sterilization area. A hybrid paper and digital charting system ensures that our students are familiar with both systems before graduation. Digital radiographs are used in our radiology suites to ensure the highest level of patient comfort and safety.
The Dental Center also houses the Dental Hygiene Program's administrative offices, a conference room and one of the University's “smart” lecture rooms.
