Dr. Cathy Mowry is a native of Johson County. She is one of four siblings that attended the Shawnee Mission school district, as well as the University of Kansas where she earned a BA in Biochemistry. She completed her general dentistry training at the University of Missouri-Kansas City earning her DDS degree. Her specialty training in Periodontics was also at UMKC. During her residency, Cathy practiced dental hygiene in Missouri. She currently holds dental licenses in Missouri and Kansas, and a specialty license in Kansas. Dr, Kevin Mowry is a native of southeast Missouri and is an only child. His BA-Biology and DDS degrees were completed at UMKC. He received a Master of Science-Oral Biology and Periodontics Certificate also at UMKC. During his residency, Kevin practiced general dentistry in Independence, Missouri, and Olathe, Kansas. After receiving his specialty license, he practiced Periodontics in St. Louis prior to opening his practice in Lenexa. He currently holds dental and specialty licenses in Missouri and Kansas.
