Clinic Introduction
Dr. Gates received his Bachelor of Arts, Biology at Whitman College in Walla Walla Washington. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago, Illinois in 1998 - his Dental Internship at the University of Colorado also in 1998. He practiced at Avondale Dental Center in Hayden Lake Idaho from 1998-2000, Downtown Dentistry in Seattle WA, from 2000-2001, Dr. Ken James Private Practice in Kent WA, from 2001-2002 before entering into his own private practice in 2002 to present.
