Clinic Introduction

Dr. Roy Oyangen completed his Undergraduate Degree at S.U.N.Y. Albany, and his dental training at Fairleigh Dickenson Universitys College of Dental Medicine in Hackensack, NJ. Dr. Oyangen graduated with honors in 1986. He then studied cosmetic dentistry under Dr. Ross Nash at the Nash Institute for Dental Learning in Charlotte, NC, and is an active member in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.Since beginning his sole proprietorship in 1997, Dr. Roy has completed thousands of hours in continuing education courses while learning all types of dental treatments. He averages ten full days of continuing education each year. The classes and courses he takes involve subjects in Oral Implantology, Endodontics, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Cosmetic Restorations, Oral Rehabilitation and Sleep Apnea. The materials we use are improving every day, and it is his obligation to be aware of the latest procedures, materials, and equipment available.After over 30 years of helping people, his dentistry continues to improve every day. His enjoyment at providing dentistry increases every year as the technology and equipment available improve. This gives him the ability to help patients he could not help before. He can do dentistry faster, more efficiently, and more comfortably than ever before. Dr. Roy Oyangen loves dentistry because his job allows him to improve lives by removing pain and restoring confidence and self-esteem! When a patient leaves him with a relieved smile, it always makes his day, and he is grateful for what he does.Dr. Oyangen is always striving to bridge the gap between oral health and general health by educating local physicians about the connection between oral health and how it can affect the total health of their patients. He also represents the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine by educating local physicians about the role the dental professional have in treating patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
