Practicing in East Brunswick, New Jersey, Dr. Grizzaffi is a General Dentist with advanced training in Implant Dentistry Intravenous Sedation treatment techniques. Dr. Grizzaffi earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ).After graduating from dental school, Dr. Grizzaffi completed a one year General Practice Residency Program at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Soon after Dr. Grizzaffi began private practice as a General Dentist in East Brunswick, New Jersey.Further training included training for Parenteral Conscious Sedation (intravenous sedation) which was completed at Albert Einstein Medical School and Montefiore Medical Center.Dr. Grizzaffi is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.Prior to opening up his own practice, Dr. Grizzaffi shared a practice with Doctors Cunjak, Gewiss, and Klein.Dr. Grizzaffi performs both the Surgical Prosthetic (restorative) phases of Implant Dentistry. This means that the entire comprehensive procedure will be done at the same office from start to finish. Maintenance is also very important and who better to maintain these advanced services than the rendering doctor and staff.Dr. Grizzaffi also has a great deal of experience working on medically compromised patients. Since he maintains admitting privileges at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital he is able to treat patients who cannot be treated in a typical office setting due to having significant medical conditions (Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Alzheimers, etc.). These patients who arent able to be treated in the usual manner can have their dental needs attended to.
