Welcome to Dr. Woo General Dentistry Dr. Philip Woo is an Ebensburg Dentist. Dr. Woo General Dentistry serves Ebensburg, Cresson, Altoona and surrounding areas with experienced dental care. We would like to welcome our new addition to our practice. Dr. Luke Gallaher will be my new associate and what started treating patients. Dr. Gallaher, a Pitt Dental School Graduate, has just completed a general practice dentistry residency at the VA hospital in Denver, Colorado. He has been trained in oral surgery, dental implants, as well as general dentistry. Luke has worked in my office prior to dental school and will be a welcomed addition to our large and expanding practice. I am not planning on retiring in the near future, but after over 40 years here in Ebensburg, I am looking forward to treating my existing and new patients with Dr. Gallaher.
