Our school is small but very safe. It's right on the edge of Chicago, and there are a bunch of famous dental clinics nearby. Our students learn so much at the MWU Community Dental Clinic, doing everything from attending to patients to performing surgeries. They perform many dental surgeries, such as dental implants, teeth straightening, dental crowns, etc. We have a lot of teachers here. Every student is watched by several teachers. The teacher-student ratio is only 5:1. The dental teachers at MWU are all master-level. They are not only professional, but also very loving. They always want to help students become the best dentists. The best thing is that our school places great emphasis on relationships between people. Not only students and teachers, students and patients, but also the kind of mentor relationship where the seniors lead the juniors. Every year, third and fourth grade students pair up to study together and help each other, regardless of who is the teacher or the student. This atmosphere is really great!
